Click the 'Sign Up' button and follow the registration process. You'll need to verify your email, select your role (member, instructor, admin), and join or create an organization.

Organizations are gyms, corporate wellness programs, universities, or any fitness facility. You need to join an organization to access and book classes.

You can receive an invitation link from an organization admin, or create your own organization if you're managing a facility.

VitaAura offers both free and premium tiers. Basic class booking is free for members. Organizations may have subscription plans for advanced features.

Go to the Schedule page, browse available classes, and click 'Reserve Spot' on any class. You'll see confirmation once your spot is reserved.

Yes! Go to My Classes, find your reservation, and click the cancel button to remove your booking. Please cancel at least 2 hours before class to avoid any penalties.

If a class is at capacity, you'll see a 'Class Full' indicator. Some classes may offer a waitlist feature - you'll be notified if a spot opens up.

Visit the 'My Classes' page to see all your current and past class reservations, including class details and instructor information.

Currently, classes are booked individually. We're working on adding recurring booking options in a future update.

Your class attendance history is automatically tracked. Visit My Classes to see your attendance record and activity statistics.

Yes! You can save your favorite classes and instructors for quick access. Look for the heart icon on class cards.

Enable notifications in Settings to receive reminders before your scheduled classes. You can customize reminder timing and notification preferences.

If you have instructor permissions, go to the Gym Admin dashboard where you can create and manage your classes, set schedules, and define capacity.

Yes! In the Gym Admin Classes page, click on any class to view all enrolled students, their attendance history, and contact details.

The platform tracks class enrollments automatically. You can mark attendance during or after class, and view detailed reports in your dashboard.

Yes! Use the messaging feature in your class details to send announcements or updates to all enrolled members.

In the Gym Admin dashboard, go to Members and use the 'Invite Members' feature to send email invitations with role assignments.

You can assign roles including member (student), instructor, employee, manager, director, and admin. Each role has different permission levels.

Go to Gym Admin > Classes to create, edit, or delete classes. You can set capacity, schedule, location, assign instructors, and manage enrollments.

Access your dashboard for attendance trends, popular classes, member growth, and other key metrics about your organization.

Go to Settings > Profile to update your display name, username, avatar, and other profile information.

Yes! If you're a member of multiple organizations, you can switch between them using the organization selector in the navigation.

Go to Settings > Security to change your password. You'll need to enter your current password for verification.

Go to Settings > Appearance to choose between light/dark mode and select from our color themes: Aura, Midnight Frost, Cherry Pop, or Golden Sand.

Go to Settings > Security > Danger Zone. Account deletion is permanent and will remove all your data. You'll need to type 'DELETE' to confirm.
