With Your Organization

Your profile, enrollment, and attendance data is shared with the fitness organizations you are a member of.

With Instructors

Class instructors can see enrollment lists and attendance for their classes.

With Other Members

Basic profile information may be visible to other members of your organization based on your privacy settings.

For Legal Reasons

If required by law or in response to valid legal requests from public authorities.

4. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to help protect your personal information from loss, theft, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest. However, no internet or email transmission is ever fully secure or error-free. We encourage you to use strong, unique passwords and enable two-factor authentication when available.

5. Data Retention

We store your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain certain information for legal or regulatory purposes. You may request deletion of your account at any time through Settings or by contacting support.

11. Multi-Tenant Platform

VitaAura is a multi-tenant platform serving multiple fitness organizations. Your data is logically isolated to your organization(s) and is not shared with other organizations unless explicitly authorized by you. Each organization may have additional privacy policies that apply to your membership with them.
